The works in this limited edition of "Portrait of a Wildflower: are offered in just one size, in editions of 25, hand signed on the back of the print and numbered.
Each print comes with a certificate of authentication that includes the information about the format, date of print run, and edition number.
The photographs are printed 8 x 10 inches on museum quality Matte Fine Art Paper. Each print is valued at $150.

With sensibilities deeply rooted in the fine-arts traditions, my work showcases the ambivalent relationship between humankind and nature. Pursuing my creative journey which challenges the anthropocentric perspective of the art genres, I have been working on a new series: Portrait of a Wildflower.
The series, conceptualized in 2022, aims at emulating bust portraits. The leading inspiration of the compositions draws from the Flemish Primitives painters who embraced static compositions, apparent naturalism combined with subtle symbolism. The oval shape framing the subjects are part of the compositions.
The carefully curated selection of the wildflowers and their photographic capture in the field can present unforeseen challenges. Nonetheless, the Series, growing one wildflower at a time, has seen its first blossoms in January of 2023.
